We also provide direction on who to contact for services that our inspectors recommend for further evaluation. While it is not required, we highly recommend that you be present during the home inspection. This allows us to explain our findings in person and answer any questions you may have. However, if it is not possible for you to be present, we always provide a comprehensive and detailed report of our services within 24 hours and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have over the phone, via text, or through email.
Your inspection report will include a comprehensive and detailed report of the property in its entirety, by trained inspectors who have a large background in the construction industry. It will be complete with photos and graphs highlighting items that may be of concern. Detailed notes from your inspector will provide insight into what may be occurring, and what further evaluations are recommended.
Prior to any service New Heights Inspection provides, a pre-service agreement needs to be signed, wherein you will indicate who the reports are allowed to be sent to. At no time will New Heights Inspection issue this report to any individual not indicated, unless it poses a risk to the public, and/or is required by law.
No. However, during a radon test, those occupying the property will need to adhere to the “Closed Building Conditions” in order to receive accurate results. These will be provided prior to the test, as well as posted on site during the duration of the 48 hours.
Our inspectors utilize body cameras for the protection of themselves and our clients. This ensures that in the case of an incident occurring there is not misunderstanding by adding and "extra eye" to the situation. Our inspectors will always inform you of the use of the body camera and give you the option to decline, however for our records it is noted that you did not allow that protection if it is declined. We will however always use our photo cameras to document before, during and after any inspection or service. This is apart of our service agreement and is non negotiable.
